Air Greenland has interline agreements with SAS and Icelandair.
Tickets are issued in one continuous document. There must be a minimum of 60 minutes connection time to be able to issue an interline ticket.
It is possible to book special baggage, however, it should be noted that it is not possible to book animals when travelling via Keflavik.
If the interline ticket is purchased via the Air Greenland online portal, special baggage must be booked through Customer Service via our contact form.
If it is a same-day connection and the connection time is at least 60 minutes, the boarding pass will be valid for the entire journey.
If there is an overnight stay on the ticket, you will need to check in again in the transit city.
Changing interline tickets
Changing tickets is only possible if you have selected flexible tickets for the entire journey and must be done no later than 2 hours before the scheduled departure.
The applicable ticketing rules for flexible tickets will apply at all times.
What applies in case of delays
If a delay or cancellation occurs, the airline you are delayed with will be the one to contact.
This means that if you are delayed on an Air Greenland flight to a destination and cannot catch a connecting flight listed on the same ticket, you should contact Air Greenland Customer Service.
If the delay is with either Icelandair or SAS, passengers should contact them.
