Dear Agents,

We are happy to present Air Greenland’s agent website - Help Center for our agents!

Here you will find practical information, procedures, information about our products, templates etc.

The Air Greenland Agent Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for our agents.

You can look up or search for latest agent information through this this site. The search function makes it easy to find information about topics you are interested to read about.

You can search for articles for specific subjects you would like to know more about, insert comments or submit questions if you cannot find the information you need.

When signed up as an agent you can register cases where you have the ability to insert questions or comments on individual pages to Air Greenland Helpdesk.  You will then be able to check the status of your case, reply, add files or close the cases yourself.

You can register as users via sign in tab, located at the top of the page.
Select "Sign up" standing by "New to Air Greenland?"
