Ticket types and fares
Information about the ticket types and fares can be checked through FQD, were you can see the farebasis, fares, booking classes and rules that applies for the different routings and faretypes.

International Premium Flex fare classes: C
International Premium fare classes: Z, D
International Standard fare classes: X, B, K, E
International Takuss fare class: N
Domestic Standard Flex fare classes: S
Domestic Standard fare classes: X, L, V, W
Domestic Takuss fare class: M

-  Standard Flex and Premium Flex: Refundable and changeable up to 2 hours prior departure.

-  International Standard and Premium: Non-refundable but changeable up to 2 hours prior departure - change     fee of DKK 750 plus possible difference between higher fare class applies. It is not possible to change to a         lower fare class type.

-  Domestic Standard: Non-refundable but changeable up to 2 hours prior departure - change fee of DKK 500 plus possible difference between higher fare class applies. It is not possible to change to a lower fare class type.

-  Takuss: Non-refundable and non-changeable. No Show on RT-fare basis's will lead to cancellation of all subsequent legs as purchased ticket must be used in same order the tickets were purchased.

Taxes and fees
There are 3 types of taxes and fees for travel within or out of Greenland:
ZO (AP): Passenger service charge
SF (SE): Security fee
L4 (SA): Safety fee

The tax amounts can vary depending on the routings  and is outside Air Greenland influence.
The amounts can be checked through FQNTAX/GL
NOTE: Be aware that the tax and fee rates only are applicable on the day of issuance and not before.

Fee for group handling
GL charge a service fee of DKK 150 per ticket for handling group bookings through the group department.

Fee for FIT normal fare handling - direct purchase through Air Greenland Customerservice
Domestic travel only in Greenland: DKK 150 per. person per ticket
International travel between other countries and Greenland: DKK 250 per person per ticket
Children under 2 years - no fees or tax applies on GL
