If the desired authorization complies with the given rules and regulations in accordance with the passenger rights, you can action as following:

Authorizations must be requested and placed on Air Greenland Helpdesk queue GOHGL0980/10 and will be considered from case to case with rejection or acceptance.

24 Hour Grace
Air Greenland allows a grace period of 24 hours, meaning that it is possible to cancel and fully refund a ticket within 24 hours from the booking time (NOT to be confused with issuing time!).

Irregularity/cancellations/UN, UC
In accordance to rules and regulations and in accordance with the passenger rights you can use following lines:

Other authorizations
There may be cases with other authorization needs for example:

(Maximum 3-letter correction)

INPUT: FE PLS AUTH NM CHG FROM XX TO XX DUE REASON
(More than 3-letters new fare must be paid - ONLY on FLEX and PREMIUM and IF same firm same purpose - otherwise no authorization will be rejected)

INPUT: FE PLS SEE RM-LINE NO REGARDING REASON
(A decision and/or respond will be made on the reason)

All segments related to the original ticket must be changed to alternatives/cancelled/deleted on time accordance to the rules before queueing.

Authorization with accept or rejection will be inserted as a new FE-line.
