Requests
Group can be requested on G-cl and will automatically be put on queue to GL.
Please note type of trip or travelers as accurate as possible, for example:
SR GRPF GL-SCHOOL GROUP or SR GRPF GL-TOURISTS FROM ITALY
GL will respond to the request as soon as possible within three workday on all GL segments.
If confirmed, information about the fare basis, net fare per segment, min. grp size, fees and deadlines will be inserted in the pnr by GL.

Name reporting
Deadline for name reporting is the same as for the ticketing deadline.
Name change
Name change after ticketing is possible - up to 1 week before departure - for a fee of DKK 900.
The agent must request a name change through queue to be placed on Air Greenland Helpdesk queue GOHGL0980/10 and will be considered from case to case with rejection or acceptance.

Agent must proceed with re-issuance of the ticket after name change correction.
Increase number of passengers in a group
A new PNR must be created by copying the existing main PNR (RRA), and creating an AXR link between them. (RRA/4 means the new PNR will contain 4 seats). Original dates for parent PNR apply for additional passengers, but GL will price new PNR independently of parent PNR.
Reduction in number of passengers in a group
A group can be reduced prior to deadline for name reporting/ticketing. Reduction of group is permitted until minimum allowed group size given by GL at confirmation in the PNR.
GL will automatically check whether the group is reduced more than minimum size allowed. If the group is reduced below the minimum allowed size GL will issue an ADM for the difference between the actual booked number of passengers in the PNR and the allowed minimum group size.
Cancellation
The request can be cancelled for free before confirmation.
An ADM will be invoiced according to the conditions and deadlines if they are not met in the PNR.
Tickets cannot be changed or refunded – after ticketing, except for the name change option.
Interline on groups
There are no interline agreements on group bookings.
Communication with GL regarding groups
All communications/questions about your booked group bookings, must be done through the pnr.

Fee for group handling
GL charge a service fee of DKK 150 per ticket for handling group bookings (from request to ticketing) through the group department.
NOTE: Deadlines for payment, name reporting and ticketing may differ if GL is the group handler.
