Agents can require assistance from Air Greenland agent service only when:
- There are errors in the Amadeus booking system.
- Request for purchase of Name change- according to fare rules.
Air Greenland is by Law prohibited in assisting or help agents making any corrections in the PNR due to the Greenlandic Competition Act.

The Greenlandic Competition Act prevents Air Greenland Agentservice and Helpdesk staff from opening existing PNR’s purchased from a travel agency.
This means that Air Greenland Helpdesk is not allowed to insert any SSR elements or any authorisations (other than namechange) in the PNR on behalf of the agent, the agent is responsible for including relevant SSR elements in the PNR.
