As we are currently in the busy summer season, we – like many other airlines – are experiencing a high volume of activity.
In Greenland, weather conditions have a significant impact on flight operations and as a result, we have already encountered delays and cancellations.
In the event of delays or cancellations, the agent must not refer the customer to contact GL's helpdesk.
According to the competition legislation, GL is not permitted to make changes to a customer’s journey without going through the agent. It is therefore the agent’s responsibility to contact GL’s helpdesk on behalf of the customer.
We kindly ask all agents not to instruct their customers to contact GL directly, instead the agent must contact GL helpdesk on behalf of their customers.
