Inadmissible passengers (INAD)

An inadmissible passenger is a passenger who is refused admission to a country by the local authorities due to lack of VISA, lack of passport, expired passport, etc.

The passenger will be sent back to their place of origin as deportees by the authorities.

If there is a return ticket, the ticket must be rebooked to first available flight, no matter the ticket restriction in the original booking.

If there is no return ticket, the authorities are responsible for booking a new return ticket, in case the passenger can not buy the ticket himself.

If the return is not the same day, the local authorities will be responsible for the inadmissible passenger.

The station of origin makes sure that the authorities are present at arrival to greet the inadmissible passenger.
