it is possible to insert a note with the RM element.
Some SSR requests, that need a reply by Air Greenland, are automatically placed on queue 23 (RQR-Request for reply).
This is due to check of capacity and missing information, related to the requested SSR, and to ensure that the request complies with Air Greenland rules. These SSRs can be UMNR, WCHx, BSCT, etc.
For group requests, the system automatically places the PNR on queue to our Network Revenue department, when booking G-class - another queueing option is GOHGL0INV/87.
