Deportees
A deportee is a person who has entered a country and who later is declared undesirable by the authorities. A deporting authority, (usually the police) will arrange the deportation.
The deportee must be registered with one of the following types:
DEPA = ACCOMPANIED DEPORTEE
DEPU = UNACCOMPANIED DEPORTEE.

Arrestees
An arrestee is a person or prisoner traveling to/from a prison, institution or community home transported within the country. The arrestee is usually accompanied by an authority, usually the police.
The arrestee must be registered with one of the following types:
ARRA = ACCOMPANIED ARRESTEE
ARRU = UNACCOMPANIED ARRESTEE
