Air Greenland will automatically cancel all remaining following flights for the same day in the reservation, if a customer is No show.
An inbound flight will not be cancelled automatically if the outbound flight is No show.
However Travel Agents should take action to cancel the remaining flights or make a remark if a passenger is going to use the inbound or remaining flight in PNR.
Following message will be inserted in the booking file if the passenger is No show and no ticket is issued:
SSR OTHS GL-PNR CANCELLED AS NO SHOW/FLT/DDMMM
No shows are stated as Z in the ticket coupon status and cannot be reimbursed directly through the GDS system. A refund-application must be sent via BSP link directly to Air Greenlands billing department.
Fare value for No show coupons in a ticket is non-refundable and non-changeable for all fare types.
Tax refund for No show is only applicable within one year.
